Please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment or there will be a charge as follows:

• Cancellations between 2 - 12 hours will incur a $5 charge

• Cancellations between a no show - 2 hours prior will be charged the full price

 

The appointment musts be made for the client receiving treatment. If you want to switch who attends the appointment there must be a 12 hour notification of change or the appointment will be left to the original booked appointment.
